1. Burning on Transfer: Whenever tokens are transferred from one address to another, a burn mechanism will be
applied in phases:
• Phase 1: 5% of the transferred tokens will be permanently burned from the receiver’s address.
• Phase 2: 3% of the transferred tokens will be burned.
• Phase 3: 2% of the transferred tokens will be burned.
THESE BURNED TOKENS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL CIRCULATING SUPPLY.
NOTE: THIS BURN MECHANISM WILL ONLY BE IN EFFECT UNTIL THE TOKENS ARE LISTED ON EXCHANGES.
2. Burning on Utility Use: Tokens will also be burned whenever they are used for any of the
utilities outlined in the HyStez Token Utilities section. Once tokens are used for a utility, they
will be permanently burned and removed from the total circulating supply.

Application) accessible via the website.
